Do I need to sign up for your services?

Depending on what you are looking for, you may need to. web development, SEO and marketing we have specific packages for which we facilitate on an individual basis. For web hosting and connectivity services, you will need to sign up.

Where do I get my logon details?

If you have signed up for an ADSL of Fiber service, the details will be emailed to you. The same is true for web hosting, for anything else if you leave your details or contact us we will be able to guide you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

For web hosting and connectivity services we require a calendar months notice, no contracts, they can be cancelled at any time.

Do you provide technical support?

Yes! we provide technical support for every service and solution we provide, contact us for further information.


Can you offer what I need for my budget?

Yes! We work closely with our customers and while we have set packages we are also flexible enough to work with you according to your budget.

Do I need a serial number to use your products?

No, certain services require a user name and password while others are soft services we provide as per your requirement. Once the development is complete and paid for, it belongs to you.

How long does it take to build a website?

This depends on your requirements. For a standard site three to five pages can be delivered in as little as two weeks provided the content and images are provided in time. For larger sites a project timeline will be provided along with the deliverables.

Can you rework my existing website?

In most cases, yes. This is also dependant on the existing platform the site was developed on and if the platform is scalable. we are able to guide you with this, please contact us!


What kind of subscriptions do you offer?

We offer a range of services tailored to your requirements. This can be hosting, connectivity, development or a combination of them all. If you have any requirements and are unsure of what you need, contact us, we wont charge you for a full service if all you need is an oil change.

What is your refund policy?

Hosting and connectivity are a pay before you use service. You generally purchase a month in advance, since these are soft services, they are not refundable but can be cancelled at any time. For development, we have a satisfaction guarantee. During the various gates of development, you will be required to sign off, if these are not met you don’t pay.

Do you offer long-term support?

Yes! We offer support on an ad hoc basis or contract which is more cost effective, the longer the term the more cost effective the solution.

Do I have to pay for updates?

Updates to plugins and the platform are usually free for general items. Customised web apps, mobile apps and sites will carry an update fee unless you have a contract in place.
